Apothecary Urban Spa was a new independent business offering beauty and wellness treatments with a focus on calm professionalism and high-quality care. The founder came to the project with a strong vision and a need for a brand that felt refined, grounded, and free from the tired clichés that often define the industry. With past negative design experiences, this project was also about restoring trust in the creative process through collaboration and clarity.
Result
The final identity was minimal and considered: a clean wordmark, muted natural tones, and subtle typography that reflected the spa’s ethos of calm and care. The website extended this with a clear, intuitive layout that prioritised ease of use and readability. The brand remained in place for over three years, supporting the business through growth and eventual sale, a quiet, confident system that did exactly what it needed to.
